Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

Master Sets is a Pokémon TCG master set tracker for iPhone. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.

Data stored on your device

Master Sets stores your tracked sets and ownership records locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes which sets you are tracking and which cards you have marked as collected.

iCloud sync

Master Sets syncs your tracked sets and collected card records across your devices using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to anyone else. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device's iCloud settings.

Card images

Card images are fetched from the Pokémon TCG API and cached locally on your device. These requests contain no personal information — they are standard HTTP requests for public image assets. Master Sets has no backend servers of its own.

Analytics and advertising

Master Sets does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or crash reporting services. No usage data is collected or transmitted.

Third-party services

Master Sets does not use any third-party SDKs beyond what is provided by Apple's operating system frameworks. Card metadata is sourced from the Pokémon TCG API and bundled with the app.

Children's privacy

Master Sets does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
